I’m so thankful for the hard work ethic, strength (mental and physical) and flexibility acro taught me so many years ago. It has translated to a lifelong love of fitness and health.

More about Acrobatic Gymnastics

“Acro is a sport unlike any other sport. The connection with your partner(s) is so deep!! You become family. You fight, you laugh, you experience extreme exhaustion and pain, extreme joy and excitement when skills or routines hit perfectly.”

— Allura, Elite athlete

“I love acro because it builds character, teaches you about trust and team work while pushing you physically, and building mental strength to achieve amazing skills that not many can achieve.”

— Gawain, Acro coach

USA Gymnastics has created a brochure called “What is Acro?” that provides details about Acrobatic Gymnastics, how routines are scored, some history, the competitions athletes attend, and more. Gyms may print as needed.
