2025 Athlete Assistance Grants

Athletes eligible to receive a grant must be a member of USA Gymnastics, have a minimum of one year of experience competing in Acro, and be competing in level 6 or above for the 2025 season.

The following criteria will be considered in the selection process:
• Specific need for which the grant is being requested
• Degree of financial hardship
• Number of years in the sport and potential longevity in the sport
• Athlete’s competition level

A committee, made up of AGF Board Members and other acro affiliates, reviews grant applications and determines recipients and grant amounts based on selection criteria and available funds. After the decisions are finalized, the applicants will be notified via email. Grant recipients will be provided with information on how to submit the required grant acceptance form and receipts of acro-related expenses. The  AGF must receive a completed grant acceptance form and receipts before the grant may be awarded. 

Please be thoughtful and thorough in your application. We receive many more applications than we can fulfill and detailed information helps the committee make the best possible decision.

Applications are due by February 14th, 2025. Grant applicants will be notified by email about grant decisions between March and April 2025.
